Fit challenge!

Well as you all may know I am not happy with the weight I have gained in the last two years! Since we have 99 more days before 2015 I decided to take a all around fit challenge, which means I will be pushing to eat right and continue to lose weight! As well as focus on my mental state making sure I am relieved from stress. Now some of you will have your own routines but for me i will be practicing yoga, walking, eating veggies and making sure I stay away from negativity! I hope that we all decide on this very day to become more focus and determined to become the individuals we all will like to be! If you are taking this challenge email me!
